For privacy questions or requests concerning your data, write to info@superality.com. This notice describes website processing under Articles 12 and 13 of the GDPR.
Browsing and security data may include IP address, requested page, date and time, browser and device information, HTTP headers and technical errors processed by the hosting infrastructure.
The contact form collects name, work email, company, selected interest, message and website or LinkedIn URL. Its submission reference, time and notification status are stored with the request. All visible fields are currently required by the form. Sending a request is voluntary; the email address above can also be used to contact us.
Browser storage records a manually selected language and cookie choices. If you enable optional interaction events, product/link clicks, page-depth events and successful form-submission events can be emitted locally in your browser. They do not include the form message or contact details, and no third-party analytics or advertising tracker is currently loaded.
We use enquiry details to answer your request and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other professional correspondence and website operation, security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), within applicable legal limits. Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Essential storage used to provide requested functions and remember privacy choices is distinct from optional events. Optional interaction events rely on your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact requests do not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiries are saved in the website’s hosted database and are not shown publicly. When email notifications are configured, request details are also sent to info@superality.com through Resend. Hosting and database infrastructure is provided through Sites and Cloudflare; email transmission uses Resend and the receiving mailbox provider. Authorised personnel and service providers may process data only as required for their roles or legal obligations.
Some infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this involves a restricted international transfer, appropriate GDPR mechanisms are required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and any necessary supplementary safeguards. You may contact us for information on the safeguards applicable to your data.
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to answer and manage the relationship; longer retention may be necessary for contractual, legal or dispute-related obligations. A fixed automatic deletion period for enquiry records is not currently implemented. You can request deletion at the contact address, subject to applicable retention duties.
Cookie choices expire after six months; the language cookie expires after one year. Optional interaction events are emitted in the browser without a dedicated event database or external analytics transmission. Infrastructure security logs and email copies follow the applicable operational and legal retention requirements.
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent through Cookie preferences. Send other requests to info@superality.com, providing information needed to identify the relevant request without unnecessary sensitive details.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. We do not use the contact form to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The current version and update date appear on this page. Changes to optional processing purposes require a suitable new notice and, where required, fresh consent.
